- Plan Design Assistance- We work with plan sponsors to review various plan design features, including matching contributions, vesting schedules, Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA) selection, and voluntary versus automatic enrollment processes.

- Plan Provider Consulting- Trimble Investment Group, LLC takes a comprehensive approach to evaluating your company's needs.  Once we thoroughly define your objectives we will evaluate the market, including service providers (bundled or unbundled), record keepers, third party administrators, trustees, custodians, investment companies and legal and accounting professionals, to make recommendations tailored to your company. 

- Investment Services- The investment services component is a constantly evolving practice that will create a documented process for the on-going operation of the plan.  Our services include but are not limited to:

    1.) Investment Policy Statement (IPS) preparation and review assistance
    2.) Investment Manager evaluation and recommendations
